Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• The use, possession, sale, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs on company premises, during work hours, or while conducting company business.
• Reporting to work under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.
• Misuse or abuse of prescription medications that may impair an individual’s ability to perform job duties safely and effectively.

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Home Property Care Group reserves the right to conduct drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Indiana law, including but not limited to:

• Pre-employment screening
• Reasonable suspicion testing
• Post-accident testing
• Random testing, where permitted
